This website is a virtual depository for evidence against telemarketing agencies and the firms that contract with them. There are many websites for you to post complaints and comments about various numbers that call you (i.e., 800Notes.com). However, after a while, the posts become cluttered with misinformation and random comments like “I just got a call from xxx-xxx-xxxx, I wonder who it is?”
This website is different. Firstly, we personally review each and every evidence submission we receive. After we have established a link (i.e., phone numbers being used by the same company), we post that information for public viewing. As such, our visitors get the benefit of only seeing relevant information.
Secondly, we educate our visitors on the rights that they are provided under the TCPA. Everyone should know that they CAN take legal action against telemarketers who choose to break the law. We are here to help you with that.
Finally, We our social engineers…We know how hard it is to catch these people. They use caller ID spoofing and they hang up on you when you ask for their information. So we have to go outside the box a little. You want to help? We’ve set up a script for you to follow next time you get a call from a telemarketer!!!!
