Prior to the summer of 2008, 843-281-8793 belonged to Mr. Virgil M. Fear. I recently spoke with Mr. Fear, and believe me, he is not behind any phone calls made regarding the car warranty telemarketing scam. If you have been called from 843-281-8793, please do not try to contact Mr. Fear. He is an old man that doesn’t even have a computer, let alone an automated dialing system.
